Philosophy: We are committed to creating an environment where players can have success on and off the field. We fully expect to be extremely competitive in all our tournaments.
The objectives are to prepare the team to be competitive and prepare the players for high school and beyond. Players should have fun while learning fundamental skills and improving their speed, agility and conditioning through off-season training. Everyone is expected to put the best interest of the team first, before any thought of individual accomplishments. It is important that the players understand and respect the fact that no individual, coach or player is more important than the team. Our players should also be successful academically. And we stress respect–for rules, officials, opponents, team mates and self (ROOTS).
The coaching staff strive to make practices and games enjoyable experiences that will both develop skills, and most important, provide positive life-long memories for every player. They also support players who play for their high school and who want to play at the college level as well.
