Blast 2000 wins Washington State Games
Bellevue Blast 2000 won first place in the Washington State Games 14U tournament this past weekend of July 19th and 20th. The pool results are here and the bracket results are here.
ASA State
Blast 2000 finishes fifth out of the 22 teams at ASA State. Take a look at the bracket here. Blast lost their first game to the eventual fourth place finisher but fought their way back winning the next 5 games before falling to the third place finisher, Vancouver Patriots 00, on Sunday morning.

Blast 2000 takes Ghosts & Goblins Gold Bracket
Blast 2000 reached the championship game which ended in a tie when it became too dark to allow the Mosquito Squad to bat in the bottom of the tie breaker. Blast had scored two runs in the top of their tiebreaker inning, but the umps and tournament director called the game because of darkness and the scoring went back to the last full inning.
